Recommendations are tailored to your individual needs and findings. Your recommended care options and associated fees will be clearly explained and discussed with you before proceeding.
Payment & Health Funds
Payment is required at the time of your appointment. We accept EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and cash. We provide detailed receipts for you to claim with your health fund.
Medicare & DVA
We accept Medicare (GP Chronic Condition Management Plan) and DVA referrals. Please speak with our admin team for more details.
Appointments & Cancellations
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer your appointment time to another patient in need.
MISSED OR LATE CANCELLATIONS (WITHIN 24 HOURS)
Chiropractic - 50% of the appointment fee will be charged
Spinal decompression - full appointment fee will be charged
Repeated missed appointments or late cancellations within the 24-hour notice period may require prepayment for future appointments or, in some cases, discontinuation of care.
